A Model for Inclusive Practice

Together Productions works continually to reflect, explore and embed practice that embraces our values of collaboration and inclusion. 

In 2020 we brought together a leading group of participatory arts practitioners along with Together Productions staff and participants to reflect on experience, practice and methodology and develop a set of guiding principles for inclusive and non-hierarchical leadership. These have underpinned all Together Productions’ work moving forwards.
