Guiding Principles of Inclusive Practice

Together Productions works continually to reflect, explore and embed practice that embraces our values of equity, justice, collaboration and inclusion. We have developed, in partnership with other participatory arts specialists, a series of questions to guide and inform our work and to support others across the sector.

These guiding principles for inclusive and non-hierarchical leadership were created by a leading group of participatory arts practitioners along with Together Productions staff and participants through reflecting on experience, practice and methodology. These have underpinned all Together Productions’ work moving forwards.
