Together Productions is committed to nurturing the artists and producers of the future, forging pathways to leadership for those with lived experience, and supporting all our collaborators to learn and grow.

Through a year-round programme of internships, training programmes, and personal development built in to all our ongoing programmes, we identify emerging talent, support those with lived experience to develop confidence and skills, creating hands-on opportunities for people to learn, grow and take the next steps in their journey.

Collaborators on this programme include the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, the Association of British Choral Directors and MD Brunch, as well as organisations dedicated to supporting refugees, asylum seekers and other communities underrepresented in the arts and community leadership.
