I got involved when I saw a leaflet at the venue where the interfaith organisation of which the choir was originally part of a cultural connection project, also had an art exhibition. I thought it would be fun to sing as long as it wasn't too happy-clappy!

Favourite Together Productions Moment: Many, especially where we have collaborated with other choirs of diverse origins (e.g Sing for Freedom refugee choir, Mind and Soul mental health choir, Soundabout disability choir and international choirs from Indonesia and the Indian subcontinent. The social connections these promote. Performing original material in the Singing Our Lives project. And while I take my hat off to the Together team for keeping going through lockdown with imaginative video collaborations, I am so looking forward to singing live again from September 2021!!
